ORTHROS one a half hour before midnight, then followed immediately with the DIVINE LITURGY OF ST. JOHN CHRYSOSTOM. A great celebration for it is THE FEAST of all feasts. It is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. CHRISTOS ANESTI! ALITHOS ANESTI! Christ is risen! April 13, 2012 - Preparation of the Holy Sepulchre


These were during the preparation of the Holy Sepulchre in the early Good Friday afternoon. Parishioners were busy flower-bedecking the Holy Sepulchre, while others were cleaning and sweeping the area.
